Requirements:
  • Entrepreneurial-minded Event & Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Fluent level of English (C1+), German is a plus.
  • Proven experience in event management with a portfolio of high-profile events.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Excellent writing skills for event-related marketing content.
  • Experience in website management, ideally with WIX.
  • Creative, organized, detail-oriented with project management skills.
  • Experience in graphic design, ideally with Canva.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, Wix, Slack, Zoom, SendPulse.
  • Experience in partnership building and sponsor communications is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events focusing on investors.
  • Manage logistics including venue selection and on-site execution.
  • Provide input into event agendas and collaborate with speakers.
  • Develop marketing strategies and manage content across social media platforms.
  • Write press releases and create content for newsletters.
  • Build and maintain the company’s website using WIX.
  • Conceptualize design elements for events and ensure they align with the company’s brand.
  • Communicate with potential partners and sponsors to secure collaboration opportunities.
