Requirements:
  • Entrepreneurial-minded Event & Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Fluent level of English (C1+), German is a plus.
  • Proven experience in event management, with a portfolio of successfully executed high-profile events.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing and brand strategy.
  • Excellent writing skills, particularly for event-related marketing content.
  • Experience with website management, ideally WIX.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in graphic design, ideally Canva.
  • Experience in Mailchimp, Wix, Slack, Zoom, SendPulse.

  • Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events focusing on investors, managing logistics.
  • Provide valuable input into event agendas and collaborate with speakers.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across social media platforms.
  • Create and manage content calendars and engage with followers.
  • Write and distribute press releases and curate content for newsletters.
  • Build and maintain the company’s website using WIX.
  • Conceptualize and create design elements for events.
