Responsibilities:
Zero-to-one feature development: Prove out AI feature ideas, iterate on them and integrate them into the product when ready. Data curation and processing: Design workflows and processes for gathering and storing data for model training. Model training: Fine-tune LLMs for performance in specific domain applications. Model evaluation: Rigorously evaluate work performance using appropriate methods. Technical leadership: Guide others on AI best practices and working with LLMs.
