- MBA preferred, but not required.
- Develop the Marketing strategy, tests and capabilities needed to drive outsized revenue growth within our core funnel.
- Ensure marketing strategies are aligned to revenue goals, owning full funnel performance and all associated metrics from MQL to deal in partnership with Finance and Sales teams.
- Build the operating model, data and measurement strategy to effectively grow and optimize our funnel.
- Infuse industry best practices, breakthrough channels, and bold innovation to position Toast as a leader in revenue marketing.
- Drive a best-in-class approach to multi-channel demand generation.
- Develop an experimentation roadmap to test new growth channels and marketing tactics.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive coordinated revenue programs.
- Advise and partner with the Brand Marketing team on media programs.
- Lead and grow a team of motivated revenue marketing professionals.
