2+ years of mixed-method research experience, preferably in the digital space.
Knowledge and experience in usability studies, interviews, and surveys.
Understanding of quantitative methodologies including survey design and analysis.
Proficiency in building surveys on Qualtrics and creating screener questions.
Proficiency with Hubspot Service Hub or similar tools like ZenDesk.
Experience with Userlytics and Figma preferred but not required.

Understand the company´s platform to identify research opportunities and appropriate audience targeting.
Build and field studies for prototypes and designs focusing on end user journeys.
Coordinate survey launches with partners and ensure timely progress monitoring.
