UX Research Support Associate (MX)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of mixed-method research experience, preferably in the digital space.
• Knowledge and experience in usability studies, interviews, and surveys.
• Understanding of quantitative methodologies including survey design and analysis.
• Proficiency in building surveys on Qualtrics and creating screener questions.
• Proficiency with Hubspot Service Hub or similar tools like ZenDesk.
• Experience with Userlytics and Figma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the company´s platform to identify research opportunities and appropriate audience targeting.
• Build and field studies for prototypes and designs focusing on end user journeys.
• Coordinate survey launches with partners and ensure timely progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and implement necessary changes.
