  • Proactively designing the calendar to reflect the CEO’s workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Finding places within the CEO’s workflow that can be made more efficient or delegated.
  • Handling day-to-day calendar management for the CEO, including scheduling meetings and calls.
  • Managing expense reporting to ensure timely submission.
  • Working closely with the CEO and leadership team to support executive initiatives and streamline processes.
  • Managing action items required of the CEO and driving them to completion.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Taking on special projects as assigned by the CEO.
  • Creating and organizing briefing materials for events, in-person, and virtual meetings.
  • Attending select meetings with the CEO, taking notes and synthesizing action items for follow up.
  • Anticipating when information will be needed and creating systems with the CEO to ensure resources or materials are available.
  • Collaborating with other executives to plan and execute special events and coordinating all logistics and planning for those events.
  • Managing and facilitating travel arrangements including air and accommodations.
