Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, with at least 3 years focused on the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals, including selling to finance executives, operations executives, and workforce performance improvement teams.
  • Deep understanding of the financial, operational, and workforce challenges faced by healthcare organizations, and how SaaS solutions can address those challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a 'player/coach' role, capable of both closing deals and mentoring a sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for new and existing enterprise healthcare clients.
  • Develop strategies to reach and engage finance executives, operations leaders, and workforce performance improvement teams within healthcare organizations.
  • Own a quota for new business and expansion revenue.
  • Build, maintain, and manage an accurate sales pipeline and ensure our sales CRM is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with the financial, operational, and performance goals of your clients.
  • Present product demos and effectively pitch the value of our SaaS solution to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Provide hands-on mentorship to junior sales executives, helping them improve their performance and hit their quotas.
  • Assist in building out a scalable sales team structure, providing input on hiring, training, and strategy development.
  • Support the Chief Growth Officer in refining and executing the go-to-market strategy for healthcare enterprises, with a focus on financial and operational leadership.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, product, and marketing to ensure alignment and shared success.
