Requirements:

  • Align technical plans with Glean’s Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Assist in issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to enhance product adoption.
  • Engage actively in the Glean customer technical community.
