Requirements:
15+ years of experience as a product/ux designer in a relevant industry, proven experience establishing or contributing to design systems and guidelines, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, deep design expertise and excellent visual design skills, ability to think deeply about business and product challenges, ownership of design projects, excellent storytelling and communication skills, and a growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with and guiding the instacart app design team towards a world class consumer product experience, building engaging narratives, promoting compelling frameworks, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, continuously advancing visual design solutions, and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and deliver holistic solutions.
