Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in CX enablement, sales enablement, operations, project management, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and revenue enablement tools (Churnzero, Gong, SFDC, GuideCX, Jira, Sigma).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the CX teams in achieving their revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Host weekly enablement sessions for different revenue/CX teams.
  • Create and curate sales enablement content, including sales collateral, playbooks, training materials, and presentations.
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the sales and CX teams.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver engaging training on product features, competitive positioning, and sales methodologies.
  • Utilize existing LMS tools to build out trainings for the CX organization.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
