Partner with Project Managers, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver joint engagements.
Collect and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Develop and execute project plans and statements of work (SOW) for deployments, integrations, and optimization projects.
Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, and performance issues.
