Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar.

  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of business-critical agreements, including master services agreements, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, business associate agreements, data sharing agreements, and other healthcare and technology contracts.
  • Advising on data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and ensuring compliance with global and domestic privacy standards as they apply to the clinical trial platform.
  • Supporting corporate governance initiatives and assisting in matters such as financings, partnerships, and strategic transactions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to navigate regulatory landscapes and mitigate legal risks related to clinical trials, healthcare services, and technology transactions.
  • Developing and refining internal policies and processes to align with legal and ethical standards while fostering innovation.
  • Developing and maintaining standard agreement templates to ensure efficiency and consistency in contractual engagements.
  • Liaising with outside legal counsel and consultants on subject-specific legal matters.
