Requirements:

  • Develop legal compliance policies to enhance regulatory standards.
  • Engage with external counsel for complex legal situations.
  • Develop training on contract templates, playbooks, and data protection.
  • Monitor and register intellectual property rights.
  • Identify and assess business and legal risks while collaborating on mitigation.
