Associate General Counsel

Requirements:

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• At least six (6) years of experience practicing law in labor and employment law.
• In-depth experience in labor and employment law.
• Knowledge of laws regulating tax-exempt organizations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong organizational and research skills.

Responsibilities:

• Advise management and HR teams on laws and policies related to labor and employment matters.
• Analyze legal or compliance issues with diligence and determine appropriate courses of action.
• Serve as liaison between the Office of General Counsel and Labor and Employee Relations team.
• Develop and review organizational policies and vendor contracts.
• Support senior counsel in governance and compliance tasks.
