  • Implement and maintain rigorous sales hygiene standards and processes.
  • Drive the execution of our Allbound business development strategy in partnership with VP Marketing.
  • Oversee early-stage selling and positioning of Talon.One solutions.
  • Design and execute innovative multi-channel outreach strategies, including digital campaigns, email sequences, cold calling programs, event-based initiatives, and custom marketing tactics.
  • Manage targeted outreach to accounts matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Coordinate with Marketing to leverage insights and use cases for tiered account targeting.
  • Optimize inbound lead management processes and ensure excellent first impressions for prospective customers.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics for the SDR team.
  • Serve as the public face and leader of the SDR organization, setting performance standards and culture.
