Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field of science.
  • Previous experience with activated carbon, filtration, purification technologies, food additives, or water treatment or working for a distributor is preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in sales.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Results driven and business savvy professional able to recognize new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales territory around Mid West of France and sell NORIT products to generate target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from the customer base.
  • Develop volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans, and strategies for achieving desired results.
  • Drive value for NORIT by building an understanding of customer profitability and differentiating NORIT's offerings.
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate complex sales contracts with customers and educate them on new products.
  • Identify new market opportunities, establish processes for accurate budgeting and forecasts.
  • Lead efforts to establish excellence in sales and customer service.
  • Provide leadership to aid management in setting strategic initiatives.
