Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a software or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budget/forecast and explain significant variances.
  • Prepare month-end and year-end financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, and investor updates.
  • Assist accounting team in month-end close as needed.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for various financial and operational projects.
