Sr Financial Analyst - Healthcare IT / Remote

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in a financial analyst role managing a full P&L.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting financial information to varied audiences.
• Experience with fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, especially in a matrix.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERPs (Oracle, SAP, Great Plains) and financial tools (Hyperion, TM1) preferred.
• Experience in supporting software industry business preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business unit leadership to prepare monthly financial forecasts and client revenue models.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly reporting packages with variance analysis and key performance metrics.
• Ensure timely month-end closing procedures and conduct quarterly audit-related deliverables.
• Develop partnerships with business unit leadership to drive financial performance.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial data and analysis.
