🔍 Multilingual content industry
- 4+ years of experience in HR/Data analytics or similar fields with a strong understanding of people operations metrics, KPIs and data analytics
- Expert-level Excel / Google Sheets knowledge (pivot tables, x-lookup, v-lookup, index, matching, filtering, lambda functions, testing and correlating functions)
- Experience pulling, standardising, synthesising, and manipulating data from different systems (Hubspot, Netsuite, Grafana, etc.)
- Mathematical and statistical skills for hypothesis testing

- Design, implement and own an improved system and process for variable compensation payouts
- Leverage HR and Finance data to create dashboards for different user groups that provide actionable insights
- Build a People Operations dashboard based on critical talent KPIs to boost talent density and overall workforce efficiency
- Build a system that monitors people operations functions such as hiring and rewards for internal equity
- Lead organisation-wide compensation benchmarking for our global workforce across 30+ countries and 20+ US States
- Prepare standardised templates to compare current total rewards offerings to the market
