Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in product design for mobile applications with a focus on subscription-based apps.
  • Professional background in supporting the growth and scaling phase of at least one Tech company, ideally within industries such as femtech, self-improvement, education, health & fitness, and related fields.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate great product thinking, user experience, interaction, and visual design skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for innovative features from concept to launch.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Researchers to uncover the biggest problems and opportunities for users via research.
  • Support Product Managers and Design Leads in shaping initiatives and defining the roadmap.
  • Foster a strong, user-centered point of view on product area and collaboratively advocate for user needs and vision.
  • Develop rapid prototypes and conduct iterative design cycles to refine new concepts.
  • Design and execute new concepts from early-stage ideation to high-fidelity and visually appealing mock-ups.
  • Communicate design rationale and efficiently steer explorations of multiple solutions to problems.
  • Support Paired's Design System by promoting and reviewing major changes, and introducing new solutions.
  • Drive outcomes for users and Paired through design, focusing on impact rather than just visual output.
  • Mentor other designers by giving constructive feedback to influence and strengthen peers’ decision-making skills and quality of work.
