Requirements:

• Strong, demonstrable experience delivering successful and intuitive products using growth best practices.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional partners to establish objectives, strategies, and key results through the lens of design.
• Comfort with undefined problem spaces and ability to facilitate decision-making through strong problem framing skills.
• Developed sense for balancing speed, quality, and consistency of design.
• Ability to provide and encourage thoughtful feedback on designs.
• Willingness to confront difficult situations or increase communication when facing friction or uncertainty.

Responsibilities:

• Drive discovery, framing, alignment, and quality for the Commerce experience both within your team and across other Commerce teams.
• Co-create a shared vision, strategy, and prioritized long-term roadmap for the future of Commerce tools in partnership with product management and engineering peers.
• Work with our Principal User Researcher to understand our customers through quantitative and qualitative research to build use cases, customer journeys, content strategies, prototypes, interaction patterns, and visual designs.
• Play an active part in growing HubSpot’s UX team and culture.
• Uplevel the end to end customer journey through thoughtful execution and collaboration with other areas of the business.
