- Ability to utilize sales/CRM systems, with prior Salesforce experience preferred.
- Ability to align customer goals with company solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the US.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the Project Management Practice, focusing on high-value accounts.
- Utilize a professional network to generate leads and secure meetings with decision-makers.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new accounts and industries.
- Consistently meet or exceed new business targets and revenue goals.
- Create and implement innovative account strategies to expand market share.
- Lead sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation.
- Develop proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that communicate value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate forecasts.
