Requirements:

• Project Management Consulting experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of Business Development experience in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Heavy Industrial, or Architecture & Construction.
• Minimum 5 years of Services business development experience managing large customer accounts.
• Proven industry expertise with established key account relationships.
• Experience driving revenue in an EPC model and Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Experience in engineering, utility, and energy sectors required.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to align customer goals with company solutions.
• Willingness to travel within the US up to 50%.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the Project Management Practice, focusing on high-value, strategic accounts.
• Utilize a professional network for lead generation and meetings with decision-makers.
• Develop and execute market strategies to penetrate new accounts and industries.
• Meet or exceed business targets and revenue goals.
• Create innovative account strategies to expand market share.
• Lead sales cycles from initial contact through closure.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for customized solutions.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasts.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
