Requirements:
  • Project Management Consulting experience preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of Business Development experience in relevant industries.
  • Minimum 5 years of Services business development experience.
  • Proven industry expertise with established key account and customer relationships.
  • Experience developing and solutioning Project Management outsourcing engagements.
  • Experience driving revenue within EPC model and Project Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Consistently meet or exceed new business targets and revenue goals.
  • Create and implement innovative account strategies to expand market share.
  • Lead sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation.
  • Develop proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that communicate value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate forecasts.
