- AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate the identification, validation, and generation of evidence-based content, ensuring high-quality and efficient results.
- Content Management: Keep content organized and up-to-date in our Content Management System (CMS) to ensure quick accessibility and deployment.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct prompt QA, review, and validation of clinical content for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate efficiently with internal teams to ensure content aligns with best practices and meets user needs, leading a team of clinicians when necessary to expedite content development.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze content usage analytics, discovery tools, and clinical research literature to identify timely and relevant content updates.
- Programmatic Support: Assist in creating knowledge base articles, address client inquiries related to clinical content, and facilitate clinical training to support customer success.
