Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Possession of an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and willingness to obtain any related state licenses or certificates.
Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate information using everyday language.
Interact with customers through state of the art video communication software and document interactions for accurate records.
