💡 Responsibilities

Responsible for revenue recognition and reporting of WIP, Deferred and Accrued Sales.
Audits transactional contracts to ensure they are built and billed correctly.
Ensures accurate and timely billings for fee-for-service and FTE contracts.
Assists in reducing Work in Process and Accrued Sales.
Monitors capex spend for asset service readiness.
Aids in Accounts Receivable collection by providing relevant information.
Conducts review and analysis of financial statements.
Forecasts operating expenses and depreciation, identifying trends for improvements.
Researches and prepares reports on DSO and payment analysis.
Tracks unpaid invoices and missing receipts in the procurement system.
Reviews purchases for accurate coding.
Assists with company audits and special projects.
Performs other related duties as required.
