Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • KPI & Performance Tracking: Measure team performance and conduct analysis to generate insights across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services; collaborate cross-functionally to improve business performance.
  • Sales Process Management: Ensure our sales methodologies are fully operationalized and embedded in how we sell. Establish best practices around prospecting, deal qualification, deal stage progression.
  • Tech Stack Ownership: Manage GTM tech stack, including Hubspot, Gong, Showpad, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc. Develop processes to monitor and improve the accuracy of data across all platforms and ensure optimal use of each tool.
  • Operating Rhythm & Planning: Support commercial operations and planning efforts, including Quarterly Business Reviews, weekly team meetings, pipeline reviews, and budgeting process.
  • Variable Compensation Management: Calculate commissions and bonuses for commercial teams; assist in the design and management of compensation plans.
