Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Planning required.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills - demonstrated experience with Excel, Access, and/or SQL.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as PowerBI or Tableau).
• Strong analytical and data driven mindset to interpret data, customer behavior, and trends to inform decisions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and convey product screen strategies and insights.
• The ability to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve a unit sales forecast and inventory plan for a specific business category or grouping of regions.
• Ensure alignment of this forecast with internal and external partners through the monthly business planning processes.
• Identify/manage exceptions, and monitor performance to continually improve the quality and reliability of the plan.
• Assist in maximizing sales and profit through proper planning and influencing of inventory placement with key partners.
• Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing forecast error, recommending, and implementing appropriate action plans.
• Develop and maintain reports to track and monitor the forecasts, alerts for corrections/improvements, and other analytical insights.
