Requirements:

• 3-5 years of supply planning experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills for working with large data sets to identify trends.
• Experience in developing and presenting reports for various stakeholders.
• Comfortable using Netsuite or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the monthly Inventory planning process, coordinating stakeholder outputs and ensuring flexibility.
• Decide on production priorities while considering constraints like line capacity and run rates.
• Create long-term forecasts for factory capacity and component sourcing.
• Establish scalable inventory planning approaches while integrating data for improved visibility.
• Present action plans to senior management and manage the planning process for refurbished parts.
• Collaborate with procurement to address raw material shortages and optimize costs.
