- 10+ years of experience in HR with the last 5 years in an HRBP role engaging with multiple levels to C-suite within a high growth tech company
- Extensive generalist background with experience in talent and organizational development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employment law
- Experience building and managing innovative organizational development (L&D) programs
- High proficiency in data interpretation and strong ability to analyze, draw insights and communicate effectively
- Strong strategic consulting and relationship building skills within the HR function and throughout the company
- Comfortable using Apple products and expert in Google Suite and Slack
- Bonus points for working knowledge of Paylocity, Charthop, Carta, Lattice, and Radford
- Work closely with leaders to understand, recommend, and implement programs and structure in growing teams
- Provide expertise, creative problem solving, and coaching to leaders managing complex employee relations matters
- Analyze and identify complex people issues and trends and recommend appropriate actions
- Anticipate training and development needs, develop programs with a training consultant, and coordinate implementation
- Collaborate with recruiting teams, hiring managers on compensation packages management
- Own end-to-end change management process for reorganizations and transformational initiatives
- Partner with team leaders on offsite planning and curriculum development
