Requirements:

• 7+ years HR strategic leadership experience in a multicultural environment managing multiple States or countries.
• Ability to think strategically while also handling tactical processes.
• Strong problem solving abilities with a solutions-based mindset.
• Independent working skills with accountability for results.
• Knowledge of relevant HR/employment law and health and safety regulations.
• Employee Relations experience across multiple geographies.
• Technological skills using HRIS, ATS, and employee engagement platforms.
• Data literacy with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional communications and presentation skills aimed at C-suite.
• Strong skills in negotiations, project management, process improvement, conflict management, and change management.
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or relevant experience.
• Membership in SHRM / CIPD or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop open and enduring stakeholder relationships with Turnitin Leaders to assist with the People Strategy.
• Provide management information related to employee engagement and relations.
• Execute annual and bi-annual plans using COE support to improve key metrics.
• Advise leaders on effective organizational design and development.
• Work with Talent Acquisition to forecast talent needs and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Research best practices to sustain key people practices.
• Document and automate processes while engaging COE and partners.
• Translate information into data for decision making and focus on process improvement.
• Promote Company Values and support employee engagement strategies.
