Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Creative Suite expert on a variety of platforms, such as and not limited to, print, digital, and interactive ones
  • Designing for multiple touchpoints (physical, digital, environmental) within a system to yield one coherent user experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize data to visual components
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to take direction and feedback from senior designers
Responsibilities:
  • Development of design concepts and ideas
  • Execute creation of digital and print material across all mediums
  • Design for multiple touchpoints (physical, digital, environmental) within a system to yield one coherent user experience
  • Prepare all materials for design presentations and client meetings
  • Create visually appealing designs that are on trend, well branded, and current best practices
  • Ensure all design work meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and timeline
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Manage multiple design tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Maintain organized files and records of design projects
