Requirements:

• CPA. CA designation.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a management role.
• Expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation techniques. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Sufficient understanding of the different functions of the business and their financial requirements to act as a valued partner to the functional leaders, supporting their financial needs and coming up with financial solutions as required.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable financial plans and initiatives. Proven track record of developing and executing successful financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, align, and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience leading change initiatives and driving organizational alignment towards common goals.

Responsibilities:

• Execute on efficient and comprehensive financial operations aligned with the company's growth objectives and market expansion plans.
• Drive dynamic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage the controllership function (which is currently outsourced).
• Maintain relationships with bankers and debt holders with optimized and proactive communications; day-to-day operational efficiency; and cash flow management.
• Support relationships with customers and vendors through professional revenue cycle and payments management.
