- 5+ years in the industry working on the full life cycle of complex web/mobile applications.
- A demonstrable portfolio of data-informed digital design projects.
- Experience leading UX research and discovery workshops, and gathering and evaluating user requirements.
- Experience working with stakeholders in developing value proposition canvas, customer mapping, and identifying user journeys.
- Expertise in illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
