- Generate, analyze, and distribute customer onboarding reports.
- Generate quotations for sales, maintain ERP system, and generate quote to sales metrics.
- Monitor inbox and delegate sales leads to appropriate staff.
- Facilitate equipment upgrade process with customers and sales.
- Support Equipment Evaluation program and coordinate purchase conversion.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary.
- Work with Customer Service Management on process changes.
- Collaborate with internal departments for VAC submissions.
