Education: High school diploma.
Minimum 5 years experience in a customer service role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Remote work location: East or Central Coast.
Travel: up to 20%.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
SalesForce system experience required.
Experience with Symplr, Lumere, or other Vendor Credentialing systems required.
Medical Device experience required.

Responsible for all VAC submission documentation for new customers and follow up until approved.
Collaborate with Customer, Sales, Legal, and Finance to support internal New Account setup process upon or during VAC approval.
Generate, analyze, and distribute customer onboarding reports.
Generate quotations for sales, maintain ERP system, and generate quote to sales metrics.
Monitor inbox and delegate sales leads to appropriate staff.
Facilitate equipment upgrade process with customers and sales.
Support Equipment Evaluation program and coordinate purchase conversion.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication.
Document customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary.
Work with Customer Service Management on process changes.
Collaborate with internal departments for VAC submissions.
