Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a customer service role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Remote work location: East or Central Coast.
  • Travel: up to 20%.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • SalesForce system experience required.
  • Experience with Symplr, Lumere, or other Vendor Credentialing systems required.
  • Medical Device experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all VAC submission documentation for new customers and follow up until approved.
  • Collaborate with Customer, Sales, Legal, and Finance to support internal New Account setup process upon or during VAC approval.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute customer onboarding reports.
  • Generate quotations for sales, maintain ERP system, and generate quote to sales metrics.
  • Monitor inbox and delegate sales leads to appropriate staff.
  • Facilitate equipment upgrade process with customers and sales.
  • Support Equipment Evaluation program and coordinate purchase conversion.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Work with Customer Service Management on process changes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for VAC submissions.
