  • Oversee payroll processes and collaborate with HR and external providers.
  • Approve ACH and wire payments and monitor cash management.
  • Maintain organized accounting documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for senior leadership.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of accounting professionals.
