Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events across multiple time zones.

  • Draft, proofread, and send communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating projects, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Organize virtual meetings, preparing agendas and distributing action items.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Perform research and provide summaries or recommendations.
