Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Sales or Account Executive, preferably with a focus on self-prospected deals and client account growth.
  • Proven experience in conducting and closing sales calls with B2B clients.
  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles end-to-end in a competitive, target-driven environment, consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to manage complex and detailed sales cycles, successfully navigating and closing deals in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage in a dynamic mix of cold-calling, email campaigns, social media, networking events, and industry conferences to identify, produce and qualify new leads.
  • Drive a robust sales cycle by actively prospecting and moving leads through the sales pipeline, from initial outreach to contract negotiations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, leveraging an uncapped commission structure.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver staffing solutions that align with each client’s goals, maintaining transparent communication throughout the recruitment and placement processes.
  • Present tailored solutions based on each prospect’s challenges, focusing on how these services address their specific needs.
  • Work closely with the client success team to address any concerns, enhance service delivery, and proactively support clients’ long-term objectives.
