Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Sales Operations, Order Management, Accounting, or Finance experience desired.
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter and effective time manager.
• Initiative to solve problems and proposes solutions.
• Previous experience in a high-tech environment is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word or Google Docs, and strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Salesforce or other CRM/Order Management Software experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM management and data entry.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance metrics.
• Monitor the Deal Verification queue to ensure adherence to quote policies and other processes, escalating issues as needed.
• Support sales meetings, ensure data integrity and accurate data display.
• Review quote and data exceptions with sales teams and follow up on action items.
• Help streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct research to support sales strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and sales meetings.
• Participate in the implementation of sales tools and technologies.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Ensure the integrity of Salesforce data.
