Responsibilities:

• Talk to the sales team to understand their problems and identify issues.
• Ramp up on the business, the product, and team operations.
• Design and implement experiments to solve operational problems.
• Write weekly updates and documentation to communicate progress.
• Own a significant problem and create a plan to address it.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and adjust the plan as needed.
• Execute the plan and report findings to the executive team.
