Responsibilities:

• Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM management and data entry.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance metrics.
• Monitor the Deal Verification queue to ensure compliance with quote policies and escalate issues as needed.
• Support sales meetings, ensuring data integrity and display accuracy.
• Review quote and data exceptions with sales teams and follow up on action items.
• Help streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct research to support sales strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and sales meetings.
• Participate in the implementation of sales tools and technologies.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Ensure the integrity of Salesforce data.
