Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical experience in process automation and revenue operations.
• Hands-on experience with Workato, Zapier, or Python scripting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Google Suite.
• Experience working with APIs for system integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills for identifying inefficiencies.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a SaaS company preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is a plus.

• Recommend process improvements through automation and scripting.
• Utilize Workato for building and maintaining automations.
• Develop automations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Ensure automations align with business objectives.
• Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Google Suite.
• Stay updated on technologies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues.
