Requirements:

  • Prepare budgets, obtain approvals, and ensure adherence.
  • Track and report back the ROI of all events.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Execute promotional activities around the event including social media and contribute to the creation of event-related content.
  • Manage event inventory including swag, booth displays, and marketing collateral for global events.
  • Coordinate travel and lodging for participants as needed.
  • Arrange Cloudbeds speaking engagements and sponsorship opportunities related to industry events.
  • Research new opportunities and competitors' engagement concerning conferences, exhibits, associations, and events and make recommendations.
