Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems, especially Workday.
  • Familiarity with Radford compensation benchmark surveys or similar market data sources.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and detail tracking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of building collaborative partnerships with HR, finance, stock administration, and legal partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in broad-based compensation, executive compensation, job architecture, global practices, data analysis, research, and cost modeling.
Responsibilities:
  • Program manage annual compensation review processes, including merit, bonus, LTIP, quarterly equity grant process, and salary range updates.
  • Utilize Workday to manage and maintain compensation data, job profiles, and market benchmarking information.
  • Manage relationships with survey vendors and own the annual survey participation process.
  • Interpret Radford compensation survey data to benchmark and analyze market trends.
  • Conduct market analysis to support compensation decisions and program recommendations.
  • Collaborate with People Team Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to align compensation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain clear career paths, job architecture, and job leveling frameworks.
  • Analyze new and revised jobs to recommend grade levels and FLSA status.
  • Design compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform program decisions.
  • Create compensation communication materials and trainings.
  • Serve as a resource for various compensation and People Team projects.
  • Develop executive compensation plans for senior executives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation for the Compensation Leadership Committee and Board.
