Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on engineering, process automation, asset management, and tooling.
  • Extensive experience in process automation and data (PAD) management.
  • Proven track record in managing the full lifecycle of engineering assets.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, interfacing between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management platforms, tooling systems, and engineering software.
  • Experience with process automation tools and data management platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar).

  • Translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
  • Lead initiatives to automate and optimize engineering workflows using PAD systems.
  • Analyze and integrate data across platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams for real-time data tracking and reporting.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of engineering assets and develop asset management strategies.
  • Lead the design and implementation of asset tracking systems.
  • Assess, select, and implement tools for engineering operations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training for engineering tools.
