Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, healthcare management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience, preferably in an early-stage D2C startup.
• Growth experience (1-2 years) in a pre-seed to Series A startup.
• Willingness to travel at least once a month to Mexico for a minimum of a week.
• Complete fluency in Spanish.
• Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and a strong grasp of social media platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract new customers across multiple channels including digital marketing, partnerships, social media, and events.
• Create and implement onboarding processes that ensure new users quickly understand and experience the value of Leona, driving early engagement and satisfaction.
• Design and launch campaigns to keep users engaged and active, using data-driven insights to tailor communications.
• Identify growth hypotheses and conduct experiments to test and validate them using A/B testing and analytics.
• Work closely with the CEO and product team to gather user feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements.
• Set clear metrics and KPIs for growth initiatives, track performance, and refine strategies.
• Define and communicate the brand's unique value proposition, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that can drive growth.
• Oversee content creation efforts to ensure alignment with growth goals.
• Embrace the dynamic nature of a startup environment by taking on various roles as needed.
