Requirements:

• Proven experience (7-10+ years) in business development, partnership management, or a similar strategic role.
• Preferred previous experience as a federal government employee at VA, CMS or similar organizations.
• High standards of professionalism in representing Agile Six.
• Understanding of contract crafting and awards in relevant agencies.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of market analysis and business strategy.
• Exceptional critical thinking and discernment skills.
• Experience working collaboratively across departments.
• Willingness to travel locally within the MD/DC/VA area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead thoughtful and strategic growth for a small business scaling quickly into GovCon large business status.
• Drive efforts in expanding our network of partners.
• Identify and track potential opportunities.
• Attend industry events and develop relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Support proposal, bidding, and market research initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment between business development and project execution.
