Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ideally, 7+ years in sales or business development, preferably in the electrical market.

  • Ability to develop distributor channel relationships and translate trends into opportunities.

  • Lead distributor relationships, improve distributor channels, and conduct quarterly assessments.
  • Manage sales agents and territory activities to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams on customer-first programs.
  • Monitor distributor orders and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers for market penetration strategies and relationship coordination.
  • Participate in conferences and industry events to promote products.
